AFQ provides information and education, elevates standards of care at the political, social, scientific and health professional levels and fosters relevant research. AFQ raises and directs resources to regularly reviewed priorities. AFQ aims to be the preferred provider of self-management health services to people in metropolitan and regional Queensland. |

Since 1965 Asthma Queensland has been serving people who suffer from asthma. Our vision and values are based on an absolute commitment to people with asthma, their families and carers. Asthma Queensland is a registered charity that relies on community funding to provide the services that will assist people to manage their asthma more effectively. Our funding is derived from members gifts, donors, fundraising activities, bequests, art unions and recycled clothing. Our aim is to eliminate asthma as a major health problem in the community. |

| The Heart Foundation is Australia's most credible independent, Australia-wide, non-profit health organisation, funded almost entirely by donations from Australians. The Heart Foundation is working to reduce the impact of heart disease upon our community.
